The E-Center for Entrepreneurs Initiative of Uganda (ECEI-Uganda) is a national entrepreneurship development organization established to empower young people, startups, and small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs). ECEIU advances entrepreneurship through innovation, digital transformation, skills development, mentorship, and access to business support services.
Uganda has a rapidly growing youth population with strong entrepreneurial potential; however, many young entrepreneurs face barriers such as limited access to capital, inadequate business skills, unemployment, and low digital literacy. ECEIU addresses these gaps through a hub-based and mobile outreach ecosystem that connects entrepreneurs to practical support and opportunities.
